The Istituto Nazionale Tostiano has a rich patrimony of objects and documents tied to Tosti, the musician Guido Albanese, the baritone Giuseppe De Luca, the tenor Giovanni Martinelli and to others personality of the Italian musical life’s.
The Institute can be considered “national” not only by name but also by the law of the State. In fact, after many years of work and growth of the heritage the Ortonese organization, founded in 1983, has obtained the recognition of Cultural Institution in accordance with Italian Law No. 534 of 1996.
Today, the Istituto Nazionale Tostiano, in addition to the artistic-musical activities, the scientific production and formation, has a library, open every day, which own about fifteen thousand musicals documents, four historical archives and a very visited museum.
